After 33 days of testimony over 90 witnesses and 400 pieces of evidence Jose Baez grinned like a Cheshire Cat when the jurons declared that baby killer, Casey Anthony was guilty of nothing more than lying to law enforcement. You could just see the dollar signs in his eyes at the press conference after.

Too bad he didnt know then what he has learned the hard way now.. the world does not like baby killers or the swarmy attorneys that would seek to free them.

As of today, we know that Jose lost his home ( he was evicted) has has to relocate to Miami where he will no doubt continue to try to eek out a living defending drug dealers, and other various scums of the Earth, all of which are notorious for not always paying for their legal services and maybe he will make a few bucks chasing ambulances .. but his glory days have passed him by.

NOW – what you may not have known is (and I just found this out today – thanks Bridie) Jose’s mail order bride has left him and taken their child with him. His legal practice in Orlando is all but kaput. William C. Slabaugh has quit that bitch, the pictures that once adorned the lobby of his office have come down and Jose no longer comes around. He is basically staying in Miami but when he does come to town, he stays in local Motels… and not the luxury ones. Michelle Medina is supposedly also re-locating to Miami and will continue to work with Jose if only in an indirect way.

All this on top of not yet being paid fully by the State of Florida and not being at all by Gary Giordano.

So if you ever find yourself in Miami and you see a man holding a sign saying – “Will Lawyer For Free” – throw him a side eye and remind him that Karma is indeed a bitch.

I yam not a leegle eegal, but I think this means that the attorney is saying we have filed all of our information and feel we have enough to win then this case and they are asking the judge to decide if this is true .

Isn't there supposed to be a hearing of somekind today regarding the ZFG case? I don't see anything on In Session or HLN yet...

What good would it do even if ZFG wins her case??? The damage has been done and like it has been said "one can't un-ring a bell..." I just hope Zenaida can get on with her life...She didn't ask for this "celebrity" status...Her name will be remembered for a long time as will Roy Kronk's...

As far as Mudd's name goes, she will never shake her title...
