They are doing a replay of his..."can I have more time to think this guilty plea over?"...Whaaa???? since when does one get time to rethink a plea....Idid it, no I didn't...I did it...no I didn't...So his final day of admitting or negating his guilt is Jan 11...Then the gavel will fall...

He wants to plead guilty to "simple" manslaughter. He objects to the aggrevating factors. He does not think they should be included.

Wow kh. An unexpected turn of events! Nice to hear about the guilty at least admitting to their guilt. Instead of, oh let's see............. 'My ex fiance, the reverend's son?
