Leonard Padilla states on BlogTalkRadio..Casey will get Illegal Burial

Today on BlogTalkRadio, there was a special guest. Leonard Padilla. I was floored when he stated that he thought KC would get Illegal Burial without a permit, as her crime. I pray that he was joking but it sure didn't sound like it. You can listen to it below. I would say that even though the show was supposed to be about HaLeigh Cummings, it was at least half about Caylee.

Leonard Padilla must have a pretty weird "sense of humor". He needs to either shut up, or go away now.

LP hasn't been right about much he has said in the past.... so I think I won't worry about what LP thinks.... I have faith that the prosecution has enough to nail KC's butt to the wall or they wouldn't have reinstated the DP.

I like LP, but he really does just need to not talk about stuff when he doesn't know what he's talking about. But that is just what he does....

I forgot to say that I used to love LP. I know alot of peeps did not care for him, but at first I thought his heart was in the right place. But he just ruined that, tryin to bash tim miller. OH NO. Tim is the best thing that ever happened for missing/murdered people. So, IMO, LP has crossed the line.....

I haven't heard this. So, I am going off of my opinion of LP. Somehow I would guess this would be LP feeling as many do, sad to say, that we have not seen the "smoking gun" or the "case" and it IS possible she could get off. And he says she'll get something and lame as it is illegal burial or whatever he said.
IMO, I just have not been able to put a solid case together for a DP case for sure. And I do not have solid faith in our justice system at this time. I just don't. So, with that said, we have ALL seen crazier things happen and awful people walk.
However, I do believe the State has A LOT more that we just have not seen. Sunshine law or not, they do NOT have to release all to us. A lot will ONLY be seen in trial. So, I think LP just talks out loud as we all have. However, lucky for us, we aren't on tv or the radio when we say something dumb. LOL!
I will go listen to this. SO just know this is only my guess at this point. LOL!

Casey Anthony walking away with a $500 fine for illegal body dumping of her 2 year old daughter's tiny little life-less body? What about the chloroform? or the 31 days missing before kooky grandma calls 911? Does Leonard think those things can be explained away? And lets not forget she was out partying and text messaging all her friends about where the next party was going to be while her daughter was missing.

Give me a break Leonard Padilla. I like him, but he's such an idiot sometimes.

I can almost guarantee that KC will get convicted of more than illegal burial. I think there is enough circumstantial evidence to get her convicted of murder, but it probably won't get her the death penalty. Snaz brought up a potential smoking gun in the Case Against KC thread. It is believed that the FBI may have found KC's fingerprints on the duct tape that was wrapped around Caylee's skull. I really hope that is the case. I don't see how Bozo can possibly defend against that.

I always thought that the identicle canvas laundry bag that Caylee was found in, matches the one found at the Anthony home, is huge..anyone else think that? They HAVE to have SOMETHING!

Besides shopping at target every day with stolen checks and money, I would like to know what she was doing all day when she was supposed to be "event planning" Escort/hooker by day and crazy party girl by night?
